    Best available price & No booking fees

    We are sure that you will not find cheaper publically available price for accommodation in our hotel, because our rates do not include any extra fees and taxes that some 3rd party websites may add. Prices that you will find on our hotel’s website booking engine are the same that you will pre-pay by credit card or upon arrival. Everything is as clear and easy as it can be – what you see is what you get!

    Clear and flexible payment and cancellation policies

    Our booking engine displays all cancellation and payments policies without any hidden information and as clearly as possible. We are also aware, that plans can change and sometimes on very short notice.  Due to that all the non-refundable bookings made directly through our booking engine or by contacting with us can be modified up to 3 months after the original arrival date by keeping your original deposit. Unfortunately we are unable to to secure changes and refunds for reservation that are made by using 3rd party websites.

    Customers have to inform hotel about arrival date modification pre-arrival, otherwise they will not be entitled to the 3-month deposit.

    Arrival date modifications are based on availability and daily rate. If the daily rate for new selected date is higher then the price difference is paid by the customer. After 3 months the deposit will be lost.
